Thomas Peschlow

I am a second year MSc student at Université de Montréal and Mila, advised by Prof. Noam Aigerman, and focusing on machine learning and geometry processing.

Previously, I've studied fashion design in CEGEP and gotten my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University's Design Arts program with a minor in Computer Science. There, I had the chance to work under Prof. Gabriel Vigliensoni, conducting research on explainability within the context of interactive machine learning and neural audio synthesis.

I hold a special interest in neural methods for assisting creative tasks, especially when explicitly packaged as artistic tools. When time permits, I enjoy practicing in sculpture and fashion design, and developing 3d modeling plug-ins for Blender, such as DreamForge and SoapTools.
